We believe in taking on projects that we can manage efficiently and effectively. This means we don't take on every project that comes our way, ensuring that our workload is well-managed and won't lead to project delays or dissatisfied clients.

Started

About Bill Haltom

For the first five years of my career, I worked as a custom home framer in Mesa, Arizona. In 1986, at 26, I obtained my general contracting license. Since then, we have been constructing residential and commercial properties for nearly four decades. Recently, in 2019, my sons expressed an interest in working with me, prompting me to change the company's name.

Throughout the years, we have gained experience in various areas of real estate development and construction. Our portfolio includes several remarkable homes, subdivisions, and commercial projects in Arizona and Utah. We take pride in providing drafting and design services and assisting our clients in identifying the best way to maximize their property's potential.
